The Enadian decline in numbers has been for weeks now in the mind of the government. The Prime Elder Rorschach has made a delivery addressing how Enadia can combat the loss in number and bring back activity to the region. In his delivery the Prime Elder writes:
Enadia has faced many good and bad times in terms of sustaining an active and healthy population. The highest population peak was reached on June the 2nd 2020 with a total of 505 nations.
Ever since then and with the unexpected inactivity of the entire Reformist cabinet and the consistent failure of the parliament to sustain our numbers either via active stamp, manual or automatic recruitment, our numbers have been dropping steadily, reaching today on July the 2nd, 2021 a total of 110 nations and more to continue.
It is without question necessary that we address this systematic issue as quickly and efficiently as possible. It is this government's belief that we are more than capable of fighting off the inactivity numbers, but we need first of all to address our systematic failures.
Today Enadia is a region spread on too many fronts, from online gaming to nationstates, to roleplayers that have detached themselves from the everyday life of the region. Enadia is facing is the biggest and worst enemy, herself.
The government and its Ministries led by the Ministers of Interior and Culture (Xvlaticolia and Paxicordia) have already taken steps to initiate a flag contest which boosted the regional participation and lastly create an opening for a careful discussion and consideration of new legislation.
As Founder of Enadia I believe blindly in the rule of the people. I believe that having an incentive of electing government officials is necessary and I believe that we can legally impose through legislation a "Kill-switch" allowing the founder of the highest officer in my absence to prevent the next Doomsday or Apocalypse.
We currently possess in our arsenal 50,000 and more stamps to initiate a proper recruitment drive. But it goes without question that we, first of all, have to source all of our services into a single area. Therefore the new forums are here to address these problems.
I expect everyone in my team, engineer, or government official to utilize the forums and make it a habit of coming to the forums, first of all, to find answers and deliver work. Via projects like the Collaborators of Enadia plan, we are planning of bringing foreign envoys and representatives to the forums and collaborate closely with them.
The next request is to bring closer to our region the roleplaying community, meaning that soon the Roleplaying region of Enadia has to close down. The steps that we are going to take today I know that not everyone will agree with them but I am also confident that my closest officers, engineers, and government officials will help me on this task.
The time of inaction has to stop and under my administration, it will. It's going to get worse before it gets better, but together I assure you that the sun will shine on us again!
